Welcome To Our Practice

This website tells you how to make the best use of the services that we offer. Please read it carefully and do your best to follow the instructions so that we are able to look after your needs.

If anything is unclear, please ask a member of staff, who will be able to help you. The practice team is committed to giving you the best possible service at all times. There is easy access for wheelchairs to all parts of the medical centre and a disabled toilet is available. Please note that there is no smoking on the medical centre premises.

Registration forms can be collected from the reception desk and all new patients are requested to have a 20 minute assessment with the practice nurse.

Monday to Friday 8.00am - 6.30pm

Patients Information Centre

The library is staffed on:

TUESDAY	1.30 - 3.30pm
THURSDAY	9.30 - 11.30am
	1.30 - 3.30pm

You may visit the Informaton Centre any time that the Medical Centre is open. When unstaffed you may leave us a message requesting information, either by completing a REQUEST FORM, or by leaving us a message on our VOICEMAIL answer phone. The telephone number is 07708 652863. To borrow a book please complete a form and return the book within two weeks unless you wish to extend the borrowing time.
