Welcome To Our Practice
This website tells you how to make the best use of the services that we offer. Please read it carefully and do your best to follow the instructions so that we are able to look after your needs.
If anything is unclear, please ask a member of staff, who will be able to help you. The practice team is committed to giving you the best possible service at all times. There is easy access for wheelchairs to all parts of the medical centre and a disabled toilet is available. Please note that there is no smoking on the medical centre premises.
Registration forms can be collected from the reception desk and all new patients are requested to have a 20 minute assessment with the practice nurse.

Monday to Friday 8.00am - 6.30pm
Patients' Information Centre
The Information Centre is staffed on:
Tuesday until Friday
Inclusive
From 9:30am until 11:30am
You may though visit at any time that the Medical Centre is open.
We are able to provide information on all health disorders. If your request is not in stock we can obtain the information, usually within a week.
When unstaffed you may leave us a message requesting information, either by completing a REQUEST FORM from the table, or by leaving us a message on our VOICEMAIL answer phone 07708652863. We will then contact you the next time that the Centre is staffed.
